Broadway2LA Acting Studio invites adult students to join our 8-week on-camera acting course—designed specifically for film and television performance. This hands-on class gives actors the opportunity to rehearse, film, and premiere their very own professional scene.
Over the course of the program, students will:
- Develop their on-camera acting skills through cold readings, audition techniques, and character work.
- Film a 2–3 minute scene in front of a professional green screen setup at our Dublin location—complete with lighting, sound, and a camera crew.
- Walk the red carpet and see their scene debut on the big screen at the Abbey Theater during the Broadway2LA Talent Agent & Casting Director Showcase.
Each actor’s scene will be presented to an industry guest list that includes:
- Heyman Talent Agency
- Helen Wells Agency
- Sigal Models & Talent
- NexGen Talent
- Candy Bennett (Casting Director)
*At the showcase, industry professionals—talent agents, casting directors, and producers—can attend in person or watch videos online to discover new talent.
Class Information:
Class Dates: Saturday, September 12, 19, & 26 October 3, 10, 17 & 24 November 14*
Filming Day (Green Screen): Saturday November 17 from 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm (All classes are on Saturday’s from 9:00 am- 11:00 am, except the filming day from 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm)

The “Broadway2LA Acting Studio Showcase” is on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at the Abbey Theater in Dublin, Ohio and goes from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
