Step into the spotlight at Friday Night Live Summer Acting Camp! This week-long teen camp (ages 13–17) at the Abbey Theater teaches the art of improvisation in a fun, supportive environment. Each day, teens will create comedic and dramatic TV scenes and 30-second commercials from scratch—and perform them in the Broadway2LA Summer Camp Showcase. After the show, campers walk the B2LA Red Carpet and take photos with friends, family, and an industry professional!

Camp Schedule

  • Mon: “Yes And” Day (Improv Foundations)

  • Tue: Commercial, Play & Scene Day (Create commercials, plays, & scenes)

  • Wed: Commercial, Play & Scene Day (Rehearse commercials, plays, & scenes)

  • Thu: “Friday Night Live” Countdown (Final rehearsal for the commercials, play, & scenes)

  • Fri: Showcase performance (Play, commercial & scenes)
