Scott Douglas Wilson

Scott Douglas Wilson, a Columbus, OH native, is an award-winning actor, educator, and theatre artist with a passion for storytelling and collaboration. He holds an MFA in Acting from The Ohio State University (’09) and a BFA from Otterbein University (’02). His work has taken him across the country, performing in national tours and numerous regional productions.

As an educator, Scott has taught at The Ohio State University, New World School of the Arts, The Acting School of South Florida, and Barry University. During his decade in South Florida, he was a Company Member and Associate Producer with the award-winning Thinking Cap Theatre Company, developing bold, thought-provoking work.

Since returning to Central Ohio in 2016, Scott has remained active in the local theatre scene. In 2021, he received the Jebby Award for Local Entertainer of the Year in Columbus, recognizing his dedication to his craft and community.
