Description

Broadway2LA Acting Studio is offering an 8-week acting class for teens with a focus on film and TV acting.  Students will experience being on a “Live” set by filming their teen film scenes on a “Green Screen” at our New Albany location.  Finally, our teen actors will premiere their film scenes up on the “Big Screen” at the Abbey Theater in the “Broadway2LA Talent Agent & Casting Director Showcase.”

*At the showcase, talent agents and/or casting directors could attend in person or watch the videos online to scout talent.

Schedule Includes:

Weeks 1-5- Students will learn film and TV acting principles and techniques.
Weeks 6 & 7 – Students will film their scenes in front of a “Green Screen” with professional lighting, sound equipment, and a camera crew.
Week 8 –Students will take a limousine ride to the Abbey Theater, see their film up on the big screen and walk out to the B2LA red carpet for pictures at the “Broadway2LA Talent Agent & Casting Director Showcase.”

Class Dates: September 14, 21, 28 / October 5, 12, 19 & 26 and November 16* –                                  Saturday classes.
